Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Frolf Bot to your Discord server, creating an account on the web application, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Frolf Bot is a Discord bot and companion web application that allows disc golf players to track scores, view leaderboards, and manage games within their Discord server (club). The Service is provided free of charge and is subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent scores or game data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse or scrape the Service
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines while using Frolf Bot
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user or server that violates these rules.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must authenticate via Discord OAuth or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Frolf Bot name, logo, and all related software are the property of their respective owners. You may not use our branding or trademarks without prior written permission. The game data you submit (scores, round results) remains yours; by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display it as part of the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Google LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or game history. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $0, as the Service is provided free of charge.
