1. Information We Collect

A. Linked Accounts

When you link your Google account to Frolf Bot, we receive basic profile information from Google, including your name and email address, solely for the purpose of account identification and linking.

When you link your Discord account, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL. We do not store Discord tokens beyond the active session.

B. Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including disc golf scores, round history, and game statistics you submit through Discord commands or the web interface.

C. Technical Data

We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and debugging purposes. This data is not linked to your identity and is retained for a limited time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Link your Discord and Google accounts for authentication
• Track and display disc golf scores, rounds, and leaderboards
• Communicate important updates or changes to the Service
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Within your club: Scores, usernames, and leaderboard rankings are visible to members of your Discord server.
• Service providers: We use third-party hosting infrastructure to operate the Service. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the Service.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or in response to valid legal processes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your game data (scores, rounds, statistics) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal identifiers within 30 days, though aggregated or anonymized statistics may be retained. Server log data is deleted within 90 days.
